If you have too many goals in the firm, it’ll be unlikely that you accomplish all the goals. Set 1 or 2 goals and have your team be laser focused on getting those done. Once accomplished, move on to the next goal.
Keeping the goal focus simple helps your team to have a better understanding of where to use their time. Your people will feel more workplace satisfaction when they see that their focused efforts are turning into consistent accomplishments.
Resist the urge to have several goals to focus on at the same time and focus on one thing at a time. Your team will love the successes as you all hit your target, again and again.
