I Love You. Simple words, right? But how do you express love appropriately in the workplace?

One thing you can do, is talk with your team and ask them how they like to be acknowledged in the workplace!

But find out what is appropriate for your company. Because you want to make sure that if you’re going to do something to express love and show appreciation for your people, it’s appropriate within the guidelines of your company and different companies will have varying guidelines regarding this matter.
